Meet the Dentists

Dr. Tyler Bryan, DMD

Tyler Bryan was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. His father has practiced dentistry there for over 30 years. Growing up Tyler always said he would never be a dentist because, well, everyone hates the dentist. However, during college Tyler worked part-time for his father and fell in love with the family business. After completing his studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Tyler and his young family moved to the beautiful northwest to attend dental school at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland. During his senior year of dental school, Tyler was accepted to the University of Nevada School of Medicine Dental Residency. After graduating from dental school he and his family returned to Las Vegas to begin his residency training with an emphasis on dental surgery, implants, and IV sedation dentistry. He also began preparations to eventually take over the family practice. However, it wasn’t long before Tyler and his family began to feel the urge to return to the Oregon they had grown to love. After completing the grueling residency and breaking the difficult news to his father, Tyler and his family returned to Oregon. Dr. Bryan and his wife Jessica now have four beautiful children and are so thankful to live in such a wonderful place.

Dr. Adam Davis, DMD

Adam Davis is a southern Oregon native, growing up just over the Cascade range in Klamath Falls. He grew to love the natural beauty of the area and is proud to call Medford home. Before coming to Medford, he practiced for 5 years in Roseburg, Oregon in a larger group practice. That time spent as an employee allowed him to focus solely on improving his clinical skills without the stress of owning a business. However, it was always his vision to have a smaller, more personal office and Northwest Dental Associates feels like home. Dr. Davis graduated from dental school at the Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) School of Dentistry in Portland in 2006. Prior to that, he earned a bachelor’s of science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. At the age of 19, after high school, he spent two years living and teaching in Santiago Chile. It’s there that he learned Spanish and how to care about people from all walks of life. He enjoys being a general dentist for the opportunity it provides to help patients with all of their dental needs. Dr Davis and his family are happy to call Medford home.

Meet Our Team

Sarah – Office Manager

Sarah has lived in the beautiful Rogue Valley almost her entire life, she has been involved in the dental industry for 24 years of that time. Building personal relationships, working through complex treatment concerns and educating patients on the treatment diagnosed have inspired her continuous desire to grow in all areas through continuous learning and keeping up on all the latest resources for patient advocacy. She also takes pride in encouraging a dynamic team of co-workers to promote a positive work environment for the practice. She strives to create unique experiences for all our patients and our staff. Another passion of Sarah’s is her family! She loves making memories, traveling with her husband of over 17 years, Jeff, and being involved with their 5 grown children. Whether traveling or playing around the house, they are her greatest treasure!

Amanda – Dental Hygienist

Amanda graduated from OIT’s dental hygiene program in 2010. It was there that she started an amazing journey serving patients’ oral health needs. She has enjoyed working at Northwest Dental for the past 7 years and is proud to be part of a great team. She enjoys caring for each one of her patients’ individual needs and values the relationships that are made. Aside from her career she enjoys gardening, camping, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their wonderful extended family and friends.

Carmen – Dental Hygienist

Carmen is an RDH with over 20 years of dental experience, beginning as a dental assistant and then becoming a dental hygienist. She joined Northwest Dental Associates in 2013.

The most joyful aspects of her work are the longtime patients she reconnects with every few months and the opportunity to meet many new patients as well. She respects the different backgrounds, lifestyles and experiences that patients bring to the office. Most of all though, she appreciates a fun working environment and a good laugh with patients and coworkers!

Outside of the office she keeps very busy with her husband of 26 years; riding their horses, trail running, training and competing in agility trials with their dogs, travel, yoga and gardening.

Isabella – Dental Hygienist

Isabella joined Northwest Dental in 2021 . She is a RDH with over 25 years of dental experience. She graduated from March Air Force Base in Moreno Valley California in 2005. She is originally from Colombia S.A and is fluent in Spanish.

Isabella strives to ensure that the standard of care is met for each individual patient. She loves getting to know her patients and their needs and takes great pride in her work. Since moving to Oregon four years ago she has enjoyed the beautiful landscapes and outdoors activities available such as skiing, hiking and camping. She also enjoys gardening, dancing, traveling, visiting the beach and spending time with her family in Southern California.

Ayse – Dental Hygienist

Ayse has been in the Rogue Valley since 2005 and graduated from OIT’s dental hygiene program in 2011. Since graduating, she has worked passionately in periodontics, general dentistry, and public health. She has been with Northwest Dental since 2021 and is so excited and proud to be part of this amazing team. In her free time, Ayse enjoys volunteering with veterans and children, taking flight lessons, traveling with her husband to his hometown on Maui, and visiting her daughter in Colorado.

Cindy – Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Cindy moved here to the Medford area in 1998. She attended South Medford High School and graduated from the dental assisting program at RCC in 2007. In 2011 she had the pleasure of starting her employment with Dr. Davis and still continues to make patients smile. Cindy was married in 2009 and has two sons, Clifford and Wesley. Cindy loves to spend time with her husband and kids camping, hiking, and riding horses. She loves meeting new people and loves to share a laugh and a smile.

Christina – Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Christina has been a dental assistant for 25 years. She started her career in California but after being in Oregon for 19 years she is proud to call this her home. Christina values personal relationships with patients and making them feel as comfortable as possible. Christina loves Northwest Dental and the dynamic team she works with.

Her biggest passions are spending time with her husband Troy and their two dogs, Little T and Habañero, being a part of the band at her church as a singer and keyboard player and part-time worship leader, and focusing her life around good health and fitness.

Elizabeth – Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Elizabeth is a Washington native, she loves bringing joy to the office with her great personality and smile. Her favorite thing about working here at NW Dental is that she loves making the patients feel comfortable and happy. When she is not at work, she enjoys time outside with her boyfriend Dylan and their 2 dogs and 4 cats.

Savannah – Dental Assistant

Savanah grew up in Medford Oregon and attended South Medford High School. Her favorite part about working at Northwest Dental is the team morals and helping selflessly with patients needs. When she is not at work she enjoys serving at her church and photography.

Fun fact, she loves triangle shaped toast!

Kerri – Front Desk Receptionist

Kerri was born and raised in California’s bay area before moving to Medford, Oregon in 2005 where she met her husband and welcomed their son in 2015. She enjoys the simple things in life such as camping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Kerri’s greatest joy is being a mom and watching her son grow and light up over new and exciting experiences. Her passion lies in building relationships with patients and co-workers as her career in dentistry thrives.

Jasmine – Front Desk Receptionist

Jasmine grew up here in Southern Oregon. She attended Eagle Point Highschool. Her favorite part about working here at NW Dental is greeting patients and her work family. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time riding bikes with her husband Frankie and raising their 4 doxies. They even have their own Instagram page!

Mary – Front Desk Receptionist

Mary is one of newest additions and we are so glad to have her. She is happy and friendly and is likely the first face you’ll see when you come through the door. Still working on her picture.
